Poster Grammar helps you make product posters and photography prompts. This page explains what we keep, who sees it and how to remove it. Questions: info.postergrammar@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email, your name, and a hash of your password (we never store the password itself). If you use Google sign-in we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
- Your work: chats with the art director, briefs, prompts, saved designs, photos you upload, items in your personal folder, and the images you generate.
- Usage: your credit balance and history, and which generations you ran.
- Technical: your IP address and browser type when you sign in, used to keep the service secure and to limit abuse.
Cookies and storage
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. Your browser also stores small preferences (theme, name, last chat). We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
Who else sees your content
To create images and answers we send what you ask for to other services. That means your prompts, the text of your chat, and any reference images you choose to attach:
- AI model providers we route to, such as OpenAI, Merge, OpenRouter, Runway and fal.ai, depending on the model you pick.
- Background-removal services, if enabled (for example Photoroom or remove.bg).
- Google, for sign-in; our hosting provider; and Cloudflare, which delivers the site.
Each of them handles data under its own terms. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. You can delete a chat from the History panel, ask us for a copy of your data, or delete your account and everything attached to it yourself in Settings (Account). If a paid subscription ends, we keep your saved chats, designs and generated files for 30 days and then delete them. Backups may keep copies for a short time afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info.postergrammar@gmail.com.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and each user can only open their own chats and designs. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us quickly if you notice anything odd.
Children
Poster Grammar is not meant for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users.
