Poster Grammar is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped.

Delivery of what you buy

• Plans and extra credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment, usually within a few seconds. You can see them in the header and under Usage & credits.
• Designs and images you create are delivered inside the app and can be downloaded from there.

If something does not arrive

If your payment went through but the credits are not in your account after 30 minutes, email info.postergrammar@gmail.com with the payment date and amount. We will add the credits or refund the payment (see Cancellation & refunds).
