The service

Poster Grammar is an early-stage product. It helps you plan posters and product photos, writes prompts, and can send them to image models to generate pictures. We may change, pause or remove features, and the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and do not share one account between many people.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you put in: text, photos, logos and product images.
• You tell us you have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.
• Images are produced by third-party AI models. Their own terms also apply, and the output may resemble other images. Check that a result is fine to use before you publish it.
• You are responsible for the claims in your ads (prices, offers, ingredients, results). We do not verify them.

You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the services needed to give you what you asked for, as described in our Privacy page.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or create content that is hateful, sexual involving minors, deceptive, or that infringes someone's rights.
• Try to break, overload or probe the service, scrape it, or get around credit limits.
• Resell access to the service without our written agreement.

Credits and payments

Generating images uses credits. A generation that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value. You can add extra credits from $5 (₹425 in India) at any time, on any plan including Free; extra credits do not expire while your account is open. Prices and credit amounts may change, and paid plans will be described on the pricing page when they are available.

If your subscription ends

When a paid subscription ends or is cancelled, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your saved chats, designs and generated files are kept for 30 days and are then permanently deleted. Upgrade again before the 30 days are over to keep it, or email us for a copy. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. You can also delete your account yourself at any time in Settings, which removes your data straight away.

Ending use

You can stop any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for results produced by AI models. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters we will update the date above and tell signed-in users. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
